What procurement asks
What counts as a 'student'?
An enrolled learner with an active portal account for the current term. Alumni, deregistered students, and test accounts do not count. We audit counts quarterly and refund overages — never back-bill.
What happens if our enrolment grows mid-year?
You stay on your current tier until the renewal date. No mid-term upgrades forced. At renewal, we move you up one tier — or keep you where you are if growth was temporary.
Is there a setup fee on the Starter tier?
No. Starter is designed so a HoD can procure it from a departmental budget. Campus includes once-off R12 000 onboarding (staff workshop + branded subdomain). Multi-Campus includes R18 000 migration from legacy systems.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free tier. A two-week paid pilot at half the Starter monthly rate (R2 250) is available for procurement evaluation — credited back against your first invoice if you proceed.
NSFAS and DHET reporting — included?
Yes, in every tier. CSV export formatted for DHET attendance templates and NSFAS registration windows. Campus and Multi-Campus add monthly/quarterly review calls.
Can we pay per invoice instead of monthly?
Yes. Annual invoices are standard for public institutions. Monthly debit order is available for private colleges. EFT, not card, for billing over R10 000.
