Education Portal is a South African web app for TVET colleges, schools and further-education institutions — built for how classrooms actually run here, not a template ported in from somewhere else.
Founded by PJ Empire in Pretoria to give lecturers and students a single honest tool for attendance, learning material and communication.
The prototype is click-through-able — attendance, material, reminders and announcements — and your procurement team can evaluate it in an afternoon. We have not yet signed pilot agreements with specific named campuses; the product is designed against published DHET sector baselines, cited in full on the research page.
A rotating QR that screenshot-sharing cannot defeat.
Fresh QR every 30 seconds with a live countdown ring. Share the code on WhatsApp and it is worthless by the time the group sees it — the lecturer still sees every honest scan land on the roster.
